乾聚会计师事务所,位于美丽的黄海之滨烟台市。就是在这样一个不大的中等城市,乾聚所从最初只有三个人、两张桌子的小所,发展到今天已拥有近200名执业人员、管理比较规范、有着很强凝聚力的一家大所,其成长经历,引起了我们的兴趣。于是,我们专程采访了乾聚会计师事务所。有趣的是,我们在飞往烟台采访的旅途中,还有一段“奇遇”。当我们在飞机上拿出采访计划进行研究时,凑巧身边坐着的一位旅客说他所在的公司就是乾聚所的客户,并告诉我们:“乾聚所在我们烟台是最好的,员工素质很高。”这无疑使我们对这次采访更加充满了信心。
