根据目前社会发展趋势和当前的教育形势,素质教育的口号提得越来越响。以人为本,提高全民族的素质,已摆在了教育工作者面前。而英语教学在这种形势下,也进行了很大的改革。教师应不墨守成规,积极乘改革之风,转变自身观念,把新课标的思想理念,方法,手段运用到教学中,优化课堂教学,按新课标要求,适应新形式,提高教学质量。笔者通过对初中英语新课改的实行情况和对部分教师和学生的调查,并结合自己的教学,对转变课堂教学方式,优化课堂有以下看法。
According to the current social development trend and the current educational situation, the slogan of quality education is getting louder and louder. People-oriented, improve the quality of the entire nation, has been placed in front of educators. English teaching in this situation, also conducted a great reform. Teachers should not stick to conventions, actively take the style of reform, change their own ideas, apply the ideas, methods and means of the new curriculum standard to teaching, optimize classroom teaching, adapt to the new curriculum standards, and improve teaching quality. The author of junior high school through the new curriculum reform and implementation of some of the teachers and students, combined with their own teaching, to change the classroom teaching methods, optimizing the classroom have the following views.
