我国渔用渔粉,要依赖于进口,货源不稳,价格昂贵.为不影响饲料的营养标准,就要寻找合适的替代品减少饲料中鱼粉的添加量.美国鱼类营养学家70年代初就已着手鱼粉替代方面的研究,并已见成效.国内外的研究表明:经合理加温、加压处理后的大豆粉与鱼粉相比,(1)具有接近的蛋白质含量;(2)较合理的必需氨基酸组合;(3)对鱼类有相同或超出于鱼粉的适口性和消化吸收率;(4)价格优势,仅为鱼粉的30—45%(1993年价格比),可以说在植物蛋白中是公认的“替代”选手.当然豆粉的营养价值,也有某些方面是逊于鱼粉的,只是它更经济,更接近于鱼粉,有着大部分鱼类可接受的性状,因此值得我们深入研究.所谓“替代”是指在一定程度上最大限度地减少鱼粉的用量,它并不具备百分之百的取代功能,一般地讲,在饲料中保持8%左右的鱼粉,对促进鱼类生长是适宜而必要的.
