采用支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗支气管肺癌已在国内外广泛应用，并收到满意的效果。它使部分中心型肺癌病例获得了与全肺切除同样的彻底切除病变的效果；减少了全肺切除率，保留了更多的肺组织；对心肺功能严重损害或高龄患者扩大了手术指征。我院自1987年～1997年采用支气管袖
