我县1972年10月——1973年2月应用复方冬胆四联药液气雾吸入疗法治疗慢性气管炎229例三个疗程简介如下:一、材料及方法:1.气雾室的设备:采用自制气雾布棚,长3.4米,宽1.8米,高1.8米,内设木凳痰盂。棚内每次可容16-20人,喷雾时门窗严闭。取普通注射用的六号针头制成喷枪头,或用上海红旗医疗器械厂所制的TM_2型气雾枪,以喷出的气雾粒在5微米内为准。目前我们使用的是普通农用喷雾器,或用电吸引器正压为动力。
