目的:探讨缩宫素在孕足月胎膜早破孕妇引产中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2014年12月于我院进行分娩的孕期超过37周且出现胎膜早破的孕妇48例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。观察组在产妇感觉宫缩,破膜2小时未临产时,静脉滴注缩宫素进行引产,使用5%GS为溶剂,于宫口开大3cm后,停用缩宫素。对照组产妇感觉宫缩时,给予维生素C+复方氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,破膜12小时未临产时静脉滴注缩宫素进行引产,使用5%GS为溶剂,于宫口开大3cm后,停用缩宫素。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、产褥感染率、胎儿窘迫率及新生儿高胆红素血症发生率。结果:经研究比较,观察组剖宫产率、产褥感染率、胎儿窘迫率及新生儿高胆红素血症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕足月胎膜早破孕妇破膜2小时未临产,较早静脉滴注缩宫素引产有利于阴道自然分娩,降低产妇及新生儿的并发症发生率,提高母婴健康,值得临床推广使用。
