结合对保障性用房的工程监理实践,就保障房的安装质量如何通过工程监理加以控制,进行了分析探讨。提出了从工程建设之初到最后的竣工验收这期间各阶段、各节点的监理控制路径。
Combining with the project supervision practice of affordable housing, how to control the installation quality of the house through the project supervision is analyzed and discussed. Put forward from the beginning of the project construction to the final acceptance of all phases during this period, the node of the supervisory control path.
