海南拥有丰富的农业野生植物资源。随着国际旅游岛的建设和经济的快速发展,海南农业野生植物资源原生境遭到严重破坏。制定科学合理的法律,完善野生植物资源保护法律体系,对于保护海南农业野生植物资源及其原生境是十分必要的。
Hainan has abundant agricultural wild plant resources. With the construction of the international tourism island and the rapid economic development, the original habitats of agricultural and wild plant resources in Hainan have been severely damaged. It is very necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable law and improve the legal system for the protection of wild plant resources in order to protect Hainan’s agricultural wild plant resources and their in-situ habitats.
