In the actual leadership activities, there are such things as the Lord and the Times, the First and the Second, the Inside and the Outside, the Moving and the Static, the Virtual and the Real, the Fast and Slow, the Crisis and the Slow, the Striving and the Cold, the Heat, the Gang and the Soft, Hard and soft, tight and loose, advance and retreat, close and release, fine and coarse, as well as global and local, concentrated and decentralized, direct and indirect, concentrated and democratic, general and individual, precise and fuzzy dialectical relationship . In this regard, the modern theorists have a lot of incisive discourse. The author tries to reveal the dialectical relations in the leadership activities from the angle of geometry, from the aspects of the circle, length and shortness, the straight and the straight, the point and the surface, and the balance. Correctly understanding and handling these relations and grasping their size, heat and intensity are the art that any brilliant leader should even have to master.
