本文介绍了把水陆坦克车体模拟为弹性薄壳与空间梁组合结构,用有限元法进行的强度与刚度计算,并在实车车体上作了试验验证。载荷情况模拟了坦克越野行驶中遇到的一种重要的扭转载荷。实践证明,计算的效果是比较好的。它对坦克车体的强度与刚度提出了定量的分析,为予测车体初步设计或改进设计的效果提供了一种可行的方法。
This paper introduces the simulation of amphibian body as a composite structure of elastic thin shell and space beam. The strength and stiffness of the tank are calculated by finite element method. The load situation simulates an important torsional load encountered in tank off-road operation. Practice has proved that the calculation effect is better. It gives a quantitative analysis of the strength and stiffness of the tank body, which provides a feasible method for predicting the initial design of the vehicle body or improving the design effect.
