一、前言自一九七一年恢复游泳训练和竞赛以来,为了改变落后面貌,许多学者、教练员、运动员都在出主意、想办法,并为此付出了艰辛的努力。国家体委多次聘请外国专家、教练员来华讲学、办训练班,近两年来,还派优秀运动员出国训练。我们认为:上述这些措施都有力地促进了我国游泳水平的提高。但还应看到,我们进步的幅度还不够大,在近十年中我们能进入世界前二十名的运动员,只有1980年王林和梁伟芬的百米蛙泳。到1982年止,一些项目的国家纪录同世界的差距又再拉大(见表一),我国有较好基础
I. INTRODUCTION Since the resumption of swimming training and competition in 1971, many scholars, coaches and athletes have come up with ideas and solutions in order to change their backwardness and have made painstaking efforts in this regard. The State Sports Commission repeatedly hired foreign experts and coaches to come to China to give lectures and do training courses. In the recent two years, outstanding athletes have also been sent abroad for training. In our opinion, all the above mentioned measures have effectively promoted the improvement of swimming standards in our country. However, we should also see that we have not made enough progress. In the past 10 years, we have only been able to enter the top 20 athletes in the world. Only the one-hundred meters breaststroke wore by Wang Lin and Liang Weifen in 1980. As of 1982, the gap between the national records of some projects and the world will widen again (see Table I), and our country has a good foundation
