例一【机型】成都783型14英寸黑白电视机【故障现象】开机半小时左右光栅消失,但伴音正常,关机后再开机,重复原现象。【分析与检修】此机故障出现时,伴音正常说明,高频头、公共通道、伴音通道正常。从故障现象分析,故障在行扫描电路。开机测试电源电压正常约11.5V,测得行输出管集电极电压已降至电源电压。关机后,立即用手摸行输出管和行输出变压器,均烫手,故怀疑行变可能有局部短路现象。用BSH31—1型行变代换,故障排除。
