为了开发利用低品位菱铁矿,采用煤基回转窑法,在12m长回转室内,对凌源市沟门子乡贫菱铁矿进行了预还原工业性试验。结果表明:预还原矿石品位提高到55%±,金属化率达到60%±。以30%配比加入186m3高炉冶炼,炉况顺行,产量增加5%,焦比大幅度降低。
In order to exploit and utilize low-grade siderite, a coal-based rotary kiln method was used to carry out pre-reduction industrial tests on the lean siderite in Goumenzi Township, Lingyuan City within a 12m long rotary chamber. The results showed that the grade of prereduced ore increased to 55% ± and the metallization rate reached 60% ±. To 30% of the proportion of 186m3 blast furnace joined the furnace, furnace conditions, the output increased by 5%, significantly reduce the coke ratio.
