Milk cows usually refer to cattle which can yield milk， so， they certainly are cows. However， varieties of milk cows include holstein， Jersey， Norway red bull， Simmental （dual-purpose of milk and meat）， Guangxi water cows. Each variety of cattle can be classified into breeding oxen and milking cow. Most of us have the impression that the milk cows are black and white， which are holstein， and are raised extensively in China.
