我矿选矿有3台φ1650圆锥破碎机。在安装时,其中1台的调整套、支承圈的装配,装到一定的程度就不能再装进去。为了查明原因,拆下该组件进行检查,发现调整套和支承圈之间互相摩擦和挤压,最大有0.5毫米深的伤痕。用量具检查,螺距符合要求,螺纹的牙不符合要求。调整套原尺寸12~(-0.5),实际12~(+0.7),原角度45°,实际45~(°-0.7);支承圈原尺寸12~(-0.5),实际尺寸12~(+0.5),原角度45°,实际45~(°-1)。
