中等职业教育作为中学教育的一个重要组成部分,有着其本身的固有特点,比如说生源状况。我们学校曾经做过一项统计,班级学生中离异家庭、单亲家庭、留守儿童所占的平均比例高达40%!这也是很多中职学校学生难管、难教的关键问题所在。通过发展学生社团,吸收“问题”学生加入兴趣社团,让他们找到归属感,激发他们攻坚克难、真诚待人的崇高情操,获得的自我管理、自我教育的能力,逐步内化为积极向上的人生观、价值观,进而顺利实现这样一些学生的转化。
