目的进行四乙酰基六氮杂异伍兹烷(TAIW)对大鼠的急性经口毒性研究,为新型含能材料CL-20的危险度评价提供基础数据。方法将30只成年SPF级SD大鼠按体重随机分为2组,实验组20只,给予250 mg/ml的TAIW混悬液;对照组10只,给予一定量的植物油。给药后观察动物一般表现、中毒症状和死亡情况,隔天记录动物体重,连续观察14 d。实验结束后对其心、肝、脾、肺、肾等脏器进行病理检查。结果实验组和对照组在观察期内均未出现中毒症状和死亡,且两组动物体重均随染毒时间延长而增长。两组动物湿脏器系数无显著差别。病理检查结果,显示实验组大鼠出现中度肝细胞肿胀,其他脏器均无明显病理改变。结论 TAIW的大鼠LD50大于5 000 mg/kg体重,属于微毒。
OBJECTIVE To study the acute oral toxicity of tetraacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane (TAIW) in rats, and to provide the basic data for the risk assessment of CL-20, a novel energetic material. Methods Thirty adult Sprague-Dawley (SD) SD rats were randomly divided into two groups according to body weight. Twenty rabbits in the experimental group were given 250 mg / ml TAIW suspension. The control group was given a certain amount of vegetable oil. Animals were observed after administration of the general performance, symptoms and death of poisoning, animal weight was recorded the next day, continuous observation of 14 d. After the experiment, its heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs for pathological examination. Results The experimental group and the control group showed no symptom of poisoning and death during the observation period, and body weight of both groups increased with the prolongation of exposure time. There was no significant difference between two groups of animal wet organ coefficient. Pathological examination showed that rats in the experimental group showed moderate hepatocyte swelling, and no obvious pathological changes were observed in other organs. Conclusion TAIW rat LD50 greater than 5 000 mg / kg body weight, belong to the micro-drug.
