会上,王建军副司长以社会工作人才队伍建设的形势与任务为题,从社会工作的概念和本质,社会工作人才队伍建设的背景和意义,社会工作人才队伍建设的基础和问题、社会工作人才队伍建设的思路和推进措施等四个方面为代表进行了讲解,使代表们对建设宏大社会工作人才队伍决策的背景和意义有了更深的理解。会议还邀请了香港专家,对香港社会福利署和社会工作者注册局在社会工作发展中的作用进行了介绍。
