发展乡镇企业是优化农村产业结构,实现农村经济起飞、早日奔小康目标的主要途径,因而,各地都在大力投入乡镇企业建设之中。实践证明大部分地方兴办乡镇企业确实收到了明显的实效,但也有不成功的,然而,大凡成功者都是有条件的,这就是正确处理好当地的农业与乡镇的协调发展,从而使这两者形成一个良性互动关系。农业与乡镇企业的良性互动关系实质就是优化农村一、二、三产业的动态结构,这是加速农村经济发展的关键所在。为此,我们有必要对农业与乡镇企业的良性互动关系作一些研究。
