改革开放以来,沿海中等开放城市建设迅猛发展,日新月异的城区变化给地名的命名更名工作带来诸多困难,同时,也给进一步提高地名机构的知名度,搞好地名管理带来了机遇。实践证明,搞好沿海中等开放城市的命名更名工作,应坚持以下三个原则: (一)地名规划要与城市规划同步进行的原则。 城市的建设规划方案,是一个城市的发展蓝图。它不仅反映着一个城市的整体结构、建筑风貌和发展方向,而且也应揭示该城市的地名群体分布,结构及发展态势。因而,在规划城市时,地名机构也要对地名做群
