生产实践证明,工艺路线在生产中的作用相当重要,它的作用是把所有的部套和零件使用过程(工艺路线)反映出来。使工艺路线发生改变的主要原因之一,是设计图纸中所采用的汽轮机技术条件的变化。本文谈一下由于技术条件变化而造成工艺路线变更的情况(铸铁、铸钢、有色金属铸件、精密浇铸件),以几种技术条件的工艺路线表示方法为例说明。 1.HT001—73灰口铸铁(不包括补焊和喷漆工序) ①当技术条件采用第一组别时:检查规则按熔炼炉号和牌号验收,用同一牌号的铁水在与铸件同一工艺条件下浇铸试棒(φ30mm)检查硬度。按工艺路线分工原则只检查硬度者,工艺路线不给予表示,由检查科负责。工艺路线为:9—6—X
