为研究燃气轮机余热锅炉(HRSG)低频噪声的产生机理,采用大涡模拟(LES)结合FW-H积分方程法对炉内换热器管阵的非定常流场和声场进行数值模拟,研究了单个鳍片管、单个圆管以及圆管管阵的涡流噪声特性,并与试验结果进行了对比.结果表明:余热锅炉低频噪声主要源自换热器管阵涡流噪声;单根圆管的涡流噪声具有明显的低频特征频率,螺旋鳍片的存在降低了噪声的特征频率和总声压级;管阵中管间流场的相互作用增强,其涡流噪声是具有一定带宽的窄带噪声.
In order to study the generation mechanism of HRSG low frequency noise, LES and FW-H integral equations are used to simulate the unsteady flow field and sound field of the heat exchanger tube array in a gas turbine. The results show that the low frequency noise of the waste heat boiler mainly comes from the vortex noise of the tube array of the heat exchanger and the vortex noise of the single tube The characteristic frequency and the total sound pressure level of the noise decrease with the existence of spiral fins. The interaction of the flow field in the tube array is enhanced, and the vortex noise is a narrowband noise with a certain bandwidth.
