敦化林业局工会为打造阳光会务,坚持实行工会经费使用情况向会员代表大会报告制度,此举最近受到上级工会的称赞,也到得了广大职工的认可。为使这一制度落到实处,敦化林业局工会先后建立健全了一系列相关的民主监督办法。局、厂两级工会主要领导每年在同级会员代表大会上作一次关于工会经费使用情况的详细报告,并提请会员代表大会审议。审议结果通过闭路电视、厂务公开栏等有效载体向会员群众公开。由于坚持实行《工会经费使用情况向会员代表大会报告制度》,有效遏制了不良风气,增强了各级工会领
Dunhua Forestry Bureau unions in order to build sunshine council, adhere to the implementation of trade union funds to report to the member representative assembly system, a move recently praised by the higher trade unions, but also to the majority of workers recognized. In order to put this system into practice, the Dunhua Forestry Bureau’s unions have successively established and perfected a series of related democratic supervision methods. The major leaders of trade unions at both the bureau and factory levels make a detailed report on the use of trade union funds at the same level of member congress each year and submit them to the member representative assembly for consideration. The deliberation results will be made public to members through the effective carrier such as closed-circuit television and factory open column. Since we insisted on the implementation of the “system for reporting the use of trade union funds to the member congress,” effectively deterring bad conduct and enhancing the leadership of trade unions at all levels
