目的 :探讨自杀病人的心理状态 ,预防自杀现象的发生、发展。方法 :资料统计 4 2 5例自杀病人的心理状态、自杀方式、自杀的原因并对其进行分析。结果 :自杀病人有不同程度的心理障碍 ,方式主要为服毒、服药、割腕、自缢、坠楼、吞服异物等。其自杀心理状态与威胁、悲伤、愤怒、忧郁、绝望等有关。病因分别为挫折、疾病、社会压力、上下级关系异常等。结论 :自杀是错综复杂的医学及社会问题 ,需采取有效措施如心理咨询、心理治疗预防其发生
Objective: To investigate the psychological state of suicide patients and prevent the occurrence and development of suicide. Methods: Data were collected to analyze and analyze the psychological status of suicidal patients, the way of suicide and the causes of suicide in 425 cases. Results: suicide patients have different degrees of psychological disorders, mainly for taking drugs, taking medicine, cutting wrist, self-esteem, falls, swallowing foreign bodies. The psychological state of suicide is related to threats, sadness, anger, depression, hopelessness and so on. Etiology, respectively, setbacks, disease, social pressure, abnormal upper and lower levels. Conclusion: Suicide is a complex medical and social problem, and effective measures such as psychological counseling and psychotherapy are needed to prevent its occurrence
