由于有限元仿真需要假设材料性能,难以真实全面地反映储液罐的地震响应;而振动台试验只能完成较小比例的模型试验,与储罐原型差距很大。为此,提出了储液罐子结构振动台试验方法,采用Malhotra力学模型,将储液罐划分为试验子结构和数值子结构两部分。运用MATLAB程序对储液罐子结构振动台试验进行了仿真试验分析。仿真计算表明:储液罐子结构仿真结果与全结构的计算结果有较好的吻合性,仿真计算的储罐基底剪力与规范算法接近。
As the finite element simulation needs to assume the material properties, it is difficult to truly and completely reflect the seismic response of the storage tank. However, the shaking table test can only complete a small proportion of the model tests, which is far from the prototype of the storage tank. Therefore, a shaking table test method of liquid storage tank structure was proposed. The Malhotra mechanical model was used to divide the liquid storage tank into two parts: the experimental sub-structure and the numerical sub-structure. Using MATLAB program simulation test analysis of tank jar structure shaking table test. The simulation results show that the simulation results of the tank structure have a good agreement with the calculated results of the whole structure. The calculated base shear force of the tank is close to the standard algorithm.
