目的评价精细化管理运用于分院健康管理分中心的效果。方法 2013年7月—2015年12月,分院健康管理分中心筹建至运行,采用细节管理、重点把控以及优劣势分析的综合精细化管理方法,对实施精细化管理后体检人次、体检收入进行分析。结果 2013年7月—2015年12月每年度的月均体检人次分别为(1 870.17±609.93)、(2 842.50±1 247.60)、(3 717.92±1 257.98)人次,月均体检金额分别为(213.60±58.51)万元、(362.05±155.99)万元、(492.11±183.72)万元,增幅明显。结论精细化管理运用于分院健康管理分中心有助于保证服务质量,促进业绩稳步增长,提高周边人群对健康管理的了解,从而提高健康管理分中心的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To evaluate the effect of using meticulous management in branch health management sub-centers. Methods From July 2013 to December 2015, the branch health management sub-center was set up to run. With the detail management, the integrated fine management method of control and analysis of advantages and disadvantages was adopted, and the number of physical examination and physical examination after implementing fine management was analysis. Results The average number of monthly physical examinations in July 2013-December 2015 was (1 870.17 ± 609.93), (2 842.50 ± 1 247.60) and (3717.92 ± 1 257.98) respectively, and the average monthly physical examinations were ( 213.60 ± 58.51) million, (362.05 ± 155.99) ten thousand yuan, (492.11 ± 183.72) ten thousand yuan, an obvious increase. Conclusion The application of meticulous management in the sub-center of health management helps to ensure the quality of service, promote the steady growth of performance and enhance the understanding of health management among the surrounding people, so as to improve the economic and social benefits of the health management sub-center.
