六神丸因具有清热解毒,消肿止痛之功效,故临床上广泛应用于治疗咽喉肿痛、单双喉蛾、丹痧疗疮、痈疖肿毒等疾患。近年来还有用六神丸治疗丘疹性寻麻疹、带状疱疹等皮肽病均获满意疗效。六神丸的主要成分是由牛黄,麝香、蟾酥、珍珠、冰片、雄黄等六味药物组成。因服用此药而引起过敏反应的报道实属少见,笔者于1989年3月遇到一例因服用六神丸而引起过敏性皮疹.现报告如下。
