本文从分析一由高速开关阀组成的气动脉宽调制位置伺服系统的数学模型入手,讨论了气动伺服系统设计时需要注意的问题,并且用实验验证了所建立的数学模型,为今后气缸位置伺服系统的控制算法研究建立了理论基础。
This paper starts with the analysis of a mathematical model of an aero-pulse-width modulated position servo system consisting of a high-speed on-off valve, and discusses the problems that should be paid attention to when designing the pneumatic servo system.
