近几年,地处大都市的上海市水利局,依托都市的优势,大力发展水利经济,使起步较晚的上海水利经济,在短短的几年中有了较快的发展。1995年全市水利系统的经济总收入、利润、职工的年人均收入分别比1991年增长4.2、3.2和2.3倍。同时积累有了较大增加,投资2.6亿元,培育了25个新的经济增长点,为“九五”水利经济发展增添了后劲。
In recent years, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Water Conservancy, located in the metropolis, has relied on the metropolitan advantages to vigorously develop the water conservancy economy and made the water conservancy economy in Shanghai, which started relatively late, develop rapidly in just a few years.
