中国与德国的职业教育从国家层面的法律制度和职业教育体系、国民职业教育理念、企业参与职业教育的积极性,以及职业学校学生和教师素质等十个方面存在较大差异。因此,中国职业教育无法复制德国模式,必须结合中国国情,借鉴德国职业教育经验,从职业学校专业设置、引导企业参与职教、政府投资建设实习工厂、优化职教教师评价制度和制定职业教育人才培养方案等方面进行切合实际的改革与创新,以促进我国职业教育健康有序地发展,为社会经济的良性发展服务。
Vocational education in China and Germany differs greatly from the legal system and vocational education system at national level, the concept of national vocational education, the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education, and the quality of students and teachers in vocational schools.
