I am writing a letter: I want to ask you some questions, which is a very sacred to me, that is, to participate in the Chinese Communist Party. I am a student of a youth amateur school held by the school, a fresh party member of the amateur party school, and an activist like myself who wants to join the party. We often talk about such issues in the study of amateur party schools: (1) there are 66.941 million party members currently. How can such a huge number and such rapid growth rate guarantee the quality of party members? (2) It seems that there are many drawbacks in developing party members.
