大西洋牙鲆(Atlantic flounder)学名犬齿牙鲆(Paralichthys dentatus)或狼齿牙鲆,是西北大西洋所产4种牙鲆中的1种较大型鱼类。其生长速度快,耐高温能力较我国目前养殖的褐牙鲆及大菱鲆强,国家海洋局第一海洋研究所于2002年9月将其首次引入我国。此鱼的引进对改善国内养殖牙鲆品种单一、品质改良和遗传育种等具有重要意义。
Atlantic flounder (Paralichthys dentatus) or Japanese flounder (Paralichthys dentatus) is one of the four species of Japanese flounder produced in the Northwest Atlantic. Its fast growth rate, high temperature resistant ability than our current breeding flounder and turbot turbot strong, the first oceanographic institute of the State Oceanic Administration in September 2002 for the first time its introduction into our country. The introduction of this fish to improve the domestic breed flounder single species, quality improvement and genetic breeding is of great significance.
