为贯彻落实中央八项规定,推进厉行节约反对浪费制度建设,进一步加强和规范因公短期出国培训费用管理,财政部、国家外国专家局近日联合印发《因公短期出国培训费用管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)。该《办法》已于今年4月1日起实施。《办法》规定,因公短期出国培训费用纳入预算管理。各单位安排因公短期出国培训项目应当实行经费预算先行审核,无预算或超预算的不得安排出国培训。因公短期出国培训实行计划审核审批管理,有关部门应当加强出国培训的
In order to implement the eight provisions of the Central Government, promote the construction of a system of strict austerity measures against waste and further strengthen and standardize the administration of training expenses for going abroad for a short term, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs jointly issued the Measures for the Administration of Expenses for Training Abroad Abroad Referred to as “approach”).
