目的调查研究东北地区9市县鼠的种类分布和种群组成。方法采用夹日法、笼日法和钢闸法捕鼠。结果在东北地区9市县捕获鼠类6 182只,计6科15属18种,不同市县的鼠种分布有所不同。鼠的种群组成研究结果表明,黑线姬鼠(48.6%)为优势种群。9市县鼠的优势种群分别为:黑河、萝北和密山为黑线姬鼠;绥芬河、东宁和珲春为黑线姬鼠和大林姬鼠;敦化为黑线姬鼠和大仓鼠;和龙为大林姬鼠和棕背鼠平;洮南为黑线仓鼠和达乌尔黄鼠。不同生境、场所和月份鼠的种群组成有所不同。结论为东北地区鼠的种群组成、鼠媒病和防治研究提供了参考依据。
Objective To investigate the species distribution and population composition of rats in 9 cities and counties of northeast China. Methods The method of catching the day, the cage method and the steel gate method were used to catch rats. Results 6 182 rodents were captured in 9 cities and counties of northeast China, accounting for 6 species, 15 genera and 18 species. The distribution of rodents in different cities and counties was different. The study on the population composition of mice showed that Apodemus agrarius (48.6%) was the dominant species. The dominant populations in 9 cities and counties were as follows: Heihe, Luobei and Mishan were Apodemus agrarius; Suifenhe, Dongning and Hunchun were Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus agrarius; Dunhua was Apodemus agrarius and Hamster; Dragon for the Dalmatian Apodemus and brown back; Pingnan black hamster and Daurian ground squirrel. Different habitats, places and months mouse population composition vary. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the study on the population composition, mouse-borne disease and control of rats in northeast China.
