在轧钢厂,加热炉的能耗约占总量65~70%。为了降低能耗,国内外轧钢企业采取很多节能措施,例如,采用空气予热器,装设余热锅炉,采用炉体隔热和炉门密封,采用无水冷滑轨或热滑轨等。我厂在学习各地加热炉水冷管包扎隔热技术的基础上,改进了包札结构和工艺方法,成功地采用了可塑料予制法水管包札技术,取得了节能增产的显著效果。
In the rolling mill, the furnace energy consumption accounts for about 65 to 70% of the total. In order to reduce energy consumption, domestic and foreign steel companies to take a lot of energy-saving measures, for example, the use of air preheater, the installation of waste heat boilers, furnace heat and furnace door seal, the use of cold or cold slide rail slide and so on. On the basis of studying the heating and cooling water pipe wrapping and insulation technology around our factory, we improved the package structure and process method and successfully adopted the plastic prepackaged water pipe package technology, and achieved remarkable results in saving energy and increasing production.
