At the invitation of the Water Regulatory Center of the Ministry of Water Resources, Dr. Zeng Mingde, the director of the Water Regulatory Division of the Corps of American Army Corps and the Chinese American hydrologist, visited the relevant units in our country from September 17 to October 12 to collect and analyze real- Flood forecasting model, operation and management of reservoir system and drought management. The topics include lectures and discussions in Beijing, Wuhan and Nanjing. During his stay in Nanjing, Dr. Zeng Mingde held extensive academic exchanges with experts from Nanjing Hydrology and Water Resources Institute. Dr. Zeng introduced
