档案管理是一门科学,档案工作就是用科学的原则和方法管理档案。运用计算机对档案进行管理无疑是用科学的方法管理档案的重要体现。计算机技术的飞速发展,促进了汁算机在档案工作中的应用和普及。我国档案计算机管理应用从80年代初开始,经历了实验、实用、普及、网络化等发展阶段。在这个发展过程中,档案计算机管理应用从无到有,取得了可喜的成就。但是,从总体看,在档案计算机管理过程中还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。
File management is a science, file management is to use scientific principles and methods to manage the file. The use of computers to manage archives is undoubtedly an important way to manage archives with scientific methods. The rapid development of computer technology has promoted the application and popularization of computer in file work. Since the early 1980s, China’s file computer management application has undergone the development stages of experiment, practicality, popularization and networking. In this development process, file computer management applications from scratch, made gratifying achievements. However, on the whole, there are still some problems to be solved in the process of file computer management.
