通过对德国职业学校与国内3所示范性高职院校的机电一体化专业课程体系、教学计划安排进行对比分析,发现国内3所高职院校的平均总课时数仅是德国的41.8%,实训和实习平均课时数仅是德国的25.7%。德国的理论与实践教学时间安排始终按照密切高效的工学交替模式进行。为此,提出了改进、完善国内高职院校开展校企合作、双证培养、专业课程体系重构、建设区域职业能力培训中心等建议。
Through the comparative analysis of the professional electromechanical courses system and teaching plan in three vocational colleges in Germany and three domestic vocational colleges, it is found that the average total number of hours in three higher vocational colleges in China is only 41.8% in Germany, The average number of training and internship hours is only 25.7% of Germany. The theory and practice of German teaching schedule has always been in accordance with the close and efficient mode of engineering alternation. To this end, proposed to improve and perfect the domestic vocational colleges to carry out cooperation between schools and enterprises, double card training, professional curriculum system reconstruction, construction of regional vocational ability training center and other recommendations.
