文化生产力就是文化经济语境下生产文化产品、提供文化服务、凝练价值理性、繁荣文化产业的能力。在当今世界“文化经济化”、“经济文化化”的历史境遇中,物质生产力与精神生产力的二元划分已经无法透彻解释新兴的文化业态,文化产业大发展的勃勃生机迫切需要对马克思的生产力理论进行丰富与完善。“文化生产力”范畴丰富和拓展了历史唯物主义生产力概念的内涵与外延,使我们在全面深入地理解“生产力家族”的整体样貌时获得更多的启示。“文化生产力”的理解框架与历史唯物主义思想不仅可以相容而且可以同向。文化生产力既是中国社会转型期建构价值理性的现实诉求,又是未来中国实现民族复兴的实践支点。
