我厅受国家教委会委托,于一九八五年九月在广州市召开了中英中学理科教育新方法讨论会。在会议期间,中英双方的专家对教育体制、考试制度、理科教育的目的、理科课程设置、理科教育中的问题及争论点、评价方法、校外理科教育、现代技术手段在理科教学中的运用、理科教师的培训等问题进行了充分的讨论。英国的专家具体介绍了经验,现将英国专家介绍的中学理科教育的主要经验做一简单介绍。
My Office was entrusted by the National Board of Education and in September 1985, a seminar was held in Guangzhou City on the new methods of science education in Chinese and English schools. During the conference, Chinese and British experts applied the education system, the examination system, the purpose of science education, the setting of science courses, the problems and arguments in science education, the evaluation methods, the off-campus science education, and the use of modern technology in science teaching. The training of science teachers and other issues were fully discussed. Experts in the United Kingdom introduced their experiences in detail, and now they briefly introduce the main experiences of science education in secondary schools introduced by British experts.
