1987年8月24日福建山区某市发生了一起罕见的特大食物中毒事件。在四天之内连续发生症状相同的1113例胃肠炎型中毒病人,住院死亡1人,其余病人经治疗后均已康复。本文对一临时收容点227例住院病人进行了流行病学调查、临床表现分析和病原学鉴定,证实此次中毒是由常见的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌所致。一、流行病学调查 1987年8月24日发现首例病人,后相继出现一批
On August 24, 1987, a rare food poisoning incident occurred in a certain city in Fujian’s mountainous area. 1113 cases of gastroenteritis-type poisoning patients with the same symptoms in four consecutive days were hospitalized and 1 patient was hospitalized, and the remaining patients recovered after treatment.
