近年来,连云港市现代服务业取得了较大的进步,新兴产业不断拓展,优势行业发展突出。但连云港地处于苏北,现代服务业发展中依然存在诸如服务业需求层次低,规模发展受限,产业结构不合理,风险承受能力较差等问题。为大力发展现代服务业,需要以现代服务业为主导,以新型工业为支撑,在改造提升传统产业的基础上,立足资源优势,强化制度保障,优化服务业空间布局,优化服务业产业结构。努力推动诸如互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网、现代物流等新兴产业的发展,提升现代服务业规模与层次,努力开创连云港市社会经济良性发展、全面发展的新局面。
In recent years, Lianyungang modern service industry has made great progress, emerging industries continue to expand, highlight the advantages of the industry. However, Lianyungang is located in northern Jiangsu. There are still problems in the development of modern service industry such as low level of service demand, limited scale development, irrational industrial structure and poor risk tolerance. In order to vigorously develop the modern service industry, we should take the modern service industry as the leading factor and the new type of industry as the support. On the basis of transforming and upgrading the traditional industries, we should base on the resource advantages, strengthen the system guarantee, optimize the spatial distribution of the service industry and optimize the service industry structure. Strive to promote the development of new industries such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and modern logistics, upgrade the scale and level of modern service industry, and strive to create a new situation of sound development and all-round development of social economy in Lianyungang.
