中国国务院于2003年下半年颁布《电价改革方案》。该方案主要涉及厂网价格分离、上网电价、输配电价、销售电价和电价管理体制五个方面。文章主要介绍各种电价的基本定价原则。
China’s State Council promulgated the “Tariff Reform Program” in the second half of 2003. The program mainly involves the separation of plant network price, feed-in tariff, transmission and distribution price, sales price and electricity price management system in five aspects. The article describes the basic pricing principles of various prices.
