高职院校在我国高等教育中起到重要作用,而教学管理则是高职院校管理中的重要环节,其是学校正常运行的重要前提。高职院校要加强教学管理的规范化、系统化建设,从而保证教学活动的有效开展。文章主要针对精细化管理在高职院校教学管理中的应用展开分析。
Higher vocational colleges play an important role in higher education in China. However, teaching management is an important link in the management of higher vocational colleges. It is an important precondition for the normal operation of schools. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the standardization and systematic construction of teaching management so as to ensure the effective implementation of teaching activities. The article mainly analyzes the application of elaborate management in teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
