西安市雁塔区近年来非公有制经济快速发展,全区非公企业从数量到规模都有了质的提升,成为区域经济发展的有力支撑。创先争优活动开展以来,雁塔区委立足区情,不断探索新形势下非公企业党工共建的新路子,创新党建、工建工作领导体制,大力支持工会组织围绕中心履行各项职能,党工组织建设自觉做到有机融合、同频共振,促进了非公企业健康和谐发展。
