实践教学作为学生走上工作岗位前的一个重要环节,其形式和内容能否与职业工作衔接尤其重要。但现实中的实践教学安排,由于不同课程是不同老师上课,很难构成完整体系,这严重影响实践效果。构建基于工作过程系统化的实践教学体系,围绕职业活动这个主线,把教学内容与职业岗位能力相衔接,引入职业工作情境教学,使课程实施从教师为主导转向学生为中心。让实践教学成为沟通理论和实践的纽带,是基于工作工程的实践教学体系的根本目的。
Practice teaching, as an important step before a student takes a job, is especially important if its form and content can connect with professional work. However, due to the fact that different courses are taught by different teachers, it is very difficult to form a complete system, which seriously affects the practical effect. The systematic construction of practical teaching system based on work process is constructed. Around the main line of vocational activity, the teaching content is connected with the vocational post ability, and the occupation work situation teaching is introduced so that the curriculum implementation can be changed from teacher-oriented to student-centered. Making practice teaching a link between theory and practice is the fundamental purpose of practical teaching system based on work engineering.
