数学教学成绩一直是我们初中数学教师、学生和广大学生家长关心的大事。很多学生一说起数学就感觉难学,学不好,甚至有的学生怕学数学。针对这些情况,作为一名初中数学教师,对于如何提高数学课堂教学效益这个问题我作了一些思考,并从以下几个方面进行了摸索、探究,取得了一定的成效。一、教师上数学课前,一定要备好课每一位教师都知道上课前要备好课,做好上课的准备,避免在上课时出现知识上的错误。但我认为要提高初中数学教学效益,光备好书本上的知识还远远不够,还要备好学生。随着社会的发展,学生获取知识的途径就越来越多,学生的疑问也就越来越多,要解决学生提出的问题就要求我们教师要有强大的知识面。这就要求我们教师要不断地扩展自己的知识。我们数学教师,尤其是才参加工作的年轻教师在备课的时候既要自己独立备好
