在华支睾吸虫的科研和教学工作中,需要选择经济、易饲养而又适宜的动物宿主。鉴于长爪沙鼠具有以上优点,我们试用华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染长爪沙鼠,初步获得成功,报道如下。 9只成年长爪沙鼠系广东省防疫站从贵州省防疫站引进的实验室饲养动物,分别喂以不同量的活囊蚴,其分组及感染囊蚴数分别是:3只鼠各感染500个囊蚴、3只鼠各感染300个囊蚴、2只鼠各感染300个囊蚴、1只鼠感染100个囊蚴.另取3只未感染
