重庆中交港口发展有限公司建造的FQ2530浮式起重机回转变频器选型为ABB公司ACS800,控制方式为1个变频器驱动1个电机.在开始投入使用时,效果不错,故障较少,但是使用2年以后,回转变频器驱动板和IGBT模块多次被瞬间大电流击穿,平均每年损坏1到2次,严重影响浮式起重机作业效率,并且存在较大的安全隐患.本文主要对FQ2530浮式起重机回转机构的变频调速控制进行技术研究,分析回转机构的组成、回转变频器选型及回转变频器调速控制方式,最终通过口技术改造保证回转电机出力均衡,减少瞬间大电流对变频器的冲击.
