镍在地壳中含量仅为0.02%,云锡矿石中镍的含量一般为0.00×%级。据报道镍的化合物有致肺癌作用,所以这是需要探讨的。 近年来,国内外对于镍的催化极谱法测定已有报道,但其适应范围有一定的差异。在丁二酮肟多数铵盐体系镍能产生催化波,但由于某些干扰元素的影响,使测定方法的适应范围和灵敏度受到一定的限制。 我们在参考上述资料的基础上做了进一步的试验,同时也对某些生物样品中微量镍进行测定。
The content of nickel in the crust is only 0.02%, and the content of nickel in the tin ore is generally 0.00 ×%. It is reported that nickel compounds have lung cancer effects, so this is to be explored. In recent years, the determination of nickel by catalytic polarography has been reported at home and abroad, but there are some differences in its adaptation range. Nickel in the dimethylglyoxime most ammonium system can produce catalytic wave, but due to the influence of some interfering elements, the adaptability and sensitivity of the measuring method are limited. We have made further tests on the basis of the above data, and also measured the trace nickel in some biological samples.
